Simple terms for making music.

What is available

The free service includes the playable browser keyboard and the first three introductory lessons. Instruments Plus includes all 12 current beginner keyboard lessons and the teacher exercise builder. Only the keyboard is included at launch. Other instruments, intermediate or expert courses, live teaching, certificates, cloud progress sync, MIDI and microphone assessment are not included or promised.

The keyboard uses synthesized sound. Guided exercises assess note order and concept answers, not rhythm accuracy, physical technique or expert proficiency. Chord exercises are demonstration-only. Use a comfortable volume. Teachers should supervise classroom use; the service does not replace instruction on a physical instrument.

Instruments Plus — ₹99 total per month

Checkout is available only when the page states it is enabled. By explicitly authorising a subscription in Razorpay, you agree to recurring monthly payments of ₹99 each, for up to 12 payments unless cancelled earlier. We add no separate fee or tax above this ₹99 total. The checkout displays the payment amount and mandate schedule before you authorise it; stop and contact us if it differs. No discount, annual prepayment, Voice Studio credit or lifetime access is included.

Creating an account or opening checkout does not itself complete a payment. Premium access starts only when the server verifies a successful captured payment for the Music subscription and its paid period. An authorisation, pending payment, screenshot or checkout success message alone is not sufficient. Verification can take time; refresh membership status or contact support rather than paying again.

Cancellation, expiry and refunds

Use Cancel future renewals in the Music membership section to stop future subscription renewals, and wait for confirmation. Cancel before the next charge; if the control fails, contact support promptly. Cancellation is not a refund request. Verified access remains until the end of the already-paid period, except where a refund, dispute, reversal or security review affects that payment. At expiry, the free keyboard and introductory lessons remain available.

Refund requests are reviewed individually; there is no general promise to refund an unused plan or part of a month. Contact support with your account email and payment reference for duplicate, incorrect or other disputed charges. Do not send card details, passwords or one-time codes. These terms do not exclude any refund or remedy required by applicable law.

Your account and work

Use an account you control and provide accurate information. Google sign-in uses basic profile and email only. Email-password customers must verify their email before checkout. Music accounts and subscriptions are separate from Voice Studio. Adults must manage subscriptions; learners under 18 should use the service under a parent, guardian or teacher's supervision and must not create their own paid subscription.

Your checkpoints and saved builder exercises are stored in your browser, not synced to the account. Clearing site data, changing browsers or device failure can remove them. Export copies of your own work while builder access is available. Signing out or subscription expiry does not intentionally delete stored exercises, but editing with the builder requires active Plus access.

You retain rights in your original exercises. You may use the service to practise and demonstrate lessons in your own teaching. Do not resell or redistribute our paid lesson content or share an account to bypass subscriptions. Use only content you have rights to import. Do not upload private student details into exercise titles or notes.

Availability and changes

Internet access is required for accounts, payments and premium access checks. Browser and device compatibility vary; try the free keyboard before subscribing. We work to fix problems but do not promise uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes. Material changes to a paid plan will be communicated before they apply; existing payment authorisation does not permit an unannounced price increase.

We may restrict abuse or compromised accounts and investigate disputed payments. Contact us for review. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. For privacy and account deletion, see our privacy notice and support page.
