Keyboard or sound

Choose Enable sound, check device volume and try a current browser. Keyboard shortcuts work when the instrument has focus. Mouse, touch and large note pads are supported. No microphone permission is needed. Try the free lessons before buying Plus.

Accounts

Use Music sign-in with Google or email. Check spam for verification messages. Use the password-reset form if needed. Existing Voice Studio credentials do not automatically create a Music account, and Google accounts are not automatically linked to existing password accounts.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Instruments Plus costs ₹99 total/month for up to 12 automatically renewing payments. It includes all 12 beginner keyboard lessons and the teacher exercise builder only. Visit Membership & billing to refresh status or cancel future renewals. Access lasts through the verified paid period. A cancellation is not a refund request.

If a payment succeeded but access has not appeared, give us your Music account email and payment reference. Do not pay repeatedly. Refund requests are reviewed individually, including duplicate or incorrect charges; there is no general unused-plan refund promise. Applicable legal remedies remain available. See payment terms.

Never send passwords, OTPs, full card information, UPI PINs or identity documents to support. Email us from your registered address for account deletion or privacy requests. Export your locally saved exercises before clearing browser data.
