Browser-only learning data

The keyboard generates audio on your device. We do not require microphone or camera access. Course checkpoints and teacher-builder exercises are stored in your browser. They are not automatically uploaded or synced to an account. Imported lesson files are processed on your device. Exported files are yours to manage. Avoid including student names or other private information in exercises.

Account and subscription data

When you join we store your email, display name, internal account identifiers, verification status, session records and a salted password hash if you choose a password. Google sign-in provides verified basic profile and email information; it does not give us Gmail or Drive access. The sign-in flow validates identity and discards its OAuth tokens rather than storing them as ongoing access credentials.

We store Music subscription and payment references, status, paid periods, acceptance of subscription terms and refund/dispute information to supply paid access, prevent duplicate charges, reconcile payments and handle support. Razorpay processes checkout and recurring-payment authorisation. We do not store your full card number, card security code or UPI PIN. Payment-provider notices may be sent directly by Razorpay.

Providers and security records

Our hosting provider runs the application and its data storage. Resend or the configured transactional mail provider sends verification and password-recovery messages. Google processes Google sign-in if you choose it. Razorpay processes payments. These providers receive the information needed for their role and may process information in other countries under their own terms and privacy notices.

Request metadata such as IP address, timestamps and security events may be processed for rate limits, abuse prevention and diagnosing failures. Session cookies are necessary for sign-in; the Google flow uses a short-lived security cookie. Browser storage keeps your exercises and checkpoints. No advertising or analytics tracker is intentionally included in this Music release. Checkout resources load when you explicitly start payment.

Retention, choices and deletion

Account data is kept while needed to operate the account. Billing and security records may need to be retained after closure for reconciliation, disputes, legal obligations and abuse prevention. Backups may retain historical copies until replaced under our backup process. We do not promise immediate deletion of legally required records.

Ask for account access, correction or deletion by emailing from your registered address. We may verify ownership without requesting passwords or payment credentials. Deletion requests are reviewed by the operator. Cancelling future renewals is a separate action: use the membership controls first and retain the cancellation confirmation. To remove browser-only progress or exercises, use your browser's site-data controls after exporting anything you wish to keep.

You can use the free keyboard without joining. Choosing not to provide required account or payment information means we cannot supply the associated account or paid service. Adults should manage accounts and subscriptions used for supervised young learners. Contact us if information was provided improperly or you believe an account is compromised.
